Poor Service from Citiliner Bus!

On the 28th of December 2012, i travelled with Citiliner bus to Cape Town. It was estimated to take 18hours but that was not the case. In fact it turned out to be the WORST trip EVER!!! First, the aircon was on for 3hrs thereafter it was off, after several requests from customers, the bus drivers refused. The bus was hot and stuffy and as a result i got an infection on my eye called a sty due to bacterial activity as there was no fresh air. Second, we made a sudden stop in Three Rivers where we were told the gears had stopped working, might i add this was at 2am! The bus drivers did not show any care as they were not informing us of the situation. We tried severally to call the callcentre but they were of no use. We were told we had to wait 4-6hrs for the next available bus that would only carry 2-4 passangers AT A TIME! After 3, 5hrs of waiting our bus started. Thereafter the trip was horrific. The bus was travelling at a high speed and had to make two emergency stops due high speed and reckless driving. After 23hrs we arrived in Cape Town after making almost 8 stops! Im appalled. It was a horrible trip from the start to finish and as a result i would like a request for my money!!
