No accountability for broken windscreen

I had my Chevy Spark collected from OR Tambo on 30 Jan 2014, by Airport Parking Service . the manager personally collected the car as I had complained previously.

upon return on 2 Feb 2014, my car had a huge crack in the windscreen, and Tron accepted that it happened while under the care of his company, but now refuses to accept to replace it as, it was in the t&c`s that they are not liable.
