My mother, a pensioner, missed her flight to East London due to our error and when I complained that the return was booking was also cancelled, Jacgulina very kindly took the complaint under consideration and extended my mother a credit towards a future flight.
This was purely a gesture of goodwill on the part of Kulula's customer service as they are under no obligation to offer this concession, due to the written contract.
My mom travels between E L and Jhb every 2 months and we will definitely book exclusively with Kulula, and take better noteof the date and time.
