HelloPeter,
I have joined flexiclub this year in March understanding two things.1 I will be paying a fixed amount until I finish paying off my membership.2 I will be going to any resort listed on flexi club at any time I want to go.

Now I receive phone calls from them demanding annual fees that has increased. I booked a holiday with them to take my wife to Cape town and they told us that unfortunately we do not qualify to go to Cape Town because the resorts in the Cape requires 17000 upwards points and we only have 6000, even if we accumulate our third year points, we still won't be able to go to Cape Town.

My daughter is going to the university next year and I am trying to keep some cash for her study fees. My request is for flexi club to assist me by selling my membership to somebody if they can't cancel it because my family is struggling. We can't go on holiday and I can't feed my children. Earning R8000 and paying for a bond house 5 children 5 children flexiclub holidayless = too expensive for me.

Please help.
