Not honest about the billing

I wanted to have my ADSL line transferred from Telkom to Afrihost. The agent of telkom asked me not to go to Afrihost because they can give me a better price plus 25% off my services bill. Since my bill of end of February every thing went wrong. They bill me for a business, which i do not have, the amount of the billing differ from one to the other.. for example. my bill was charge according the agent were R735 including tax and i paid R800 which mean they were suppose to owe me R65. Now i receive a bill telling me i owe the R1635.35.. PLEASE HELP. i feel that ive been robbed and their agent at telkom tableview cannot help me. i want my bill rectified... and i want them to end their 2meg line that does not work
