I applied for my line, Thursday, 07/03/2013. Telkom, up until some assistance from Carine, Saturday, 16/03/2013, was there no order placed. Monday, 18/03/2013, I get a call from Janita stating that there was a confusion regarding the new line I applied for as they thought it had something to do with the existing pre-paid line. it did not make sense to me as the new line that was applied for is in Killarney, Johannesburg, a business line, and the pre-paid line is in Hatfield, Pretoria, residential line. I let that pass and did not complain or get upset once wrt Telkoms negligence.
I then received a sms wrt installation on Monday, 25th March 2013. I immediately called Telkom to tell them that the only day that I would be available is Friday, 22/03/2013, as I dont have any patients booked on this day and all of next week I have to attend to from Monday, 25/03/2013 to Thursday 28/03/2013 to patients. My complaint as of receiving the sms Wednesday 20/03/2013 has fallen on deaf ears and nobody seems to understand my plight.
It is unfair that I had to understand Telkoms NEGLIGENCE and now Telkom is not prepared to inderstand my plight wrt having the installation date changed.
