This is my 4th msg toe Vodacom through Hello Peter, and my 4th time complainig & nothing gets done about this... my phn Blackberry 9380 touch screen curve has been in for repairs now for the 5th of 6th time! Still has the same problem, and everytime they tell me book it in for repairs. Now i'm not a driver for Vodacom ok, i have my own job! I am concidering of moving my contract over to MTN, I spoke to a rep of MTN the other day and he told me the service i'm getting from Vodacom SUX! MTN normally after the 3rd time of repiars gives you a brand new phone of your choice as long as its in the same price range... no questions asked. I dont know why i need to struggle like this with Vodacom, and everytime this woman Rochell sends me an email & dont have the GUTS to phone me, from Vodacom, and nothing gets done!!! i dont want her to send me another email, I'd like for someone higher up then her to phone me and sort this out. This is getting ridiculous!!! There's nothng wrong with my debit order going off each month, why must i struggle like this. Always thought Vodacom was the best service provider, well i was wrong... you people dont have the decency to phn me.
