This is a complaint about the disastrous service we have been currently experiencing from Telkom. First and foremost the Telkom Direct store at Cresta doesn't bother to come back to clients. We have been waiting more than 2 weeks for information on availability on a Billion 810VNTX modem yet still no one has bothered to contact us and this is impeding our business. Basically Telkom's reputation about being able to provide for customers is thought of as a joke. Also please note that the email address that Telkom always provides does not does not work so there is not way to resolve this issue - hp("at")telkom co za
