Telkom Phone Line Down for 1 month

I reported a fault on my business line on the 29/01/2013. Ref#1239CRZ290. A technician was sent out on the 6th Feb. He checked the fault, said he needed to check something with his supervisor and will be back to sort out my line. He didnt return and reported the fault as been resolved, without pitching On the 18/02/2013, I called Telkom to find out what is happening. They responded by saying th fault is resolved and they need to log in a new fault. A new ref#666CRZ180213 was give. I called again this morning and guess what, I am still in a queue, awaiting a technician. Apparently the call centre just logs in the fault and have to wait for the technical department to respond to them. If the technical department does not EVER respond to them to update them on a time/date/ etc, there is nothing that can be done. We must just sit and wait. Any ways I am trying something today. I will be applying for a Neotel Line. Lets see if the new Neotel Line is sorted before Telkom fixes up my existing line. TO ANYONE APPLYING FOR A NEW PHONE LINE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM AS THEY ARE A HEALTH RISK. You can get a heart attack by the way they frustrate you. You are just a number to them.
