When the complex i am currently living was built Telkom lines were not laid down in the complex to each house.
There are over 180 houses in the complex. Now Telkom says they wont put in a line to my house after I placed an order.
Dont you want my business. there are lots of houses here that are trying to get Telkom. I have been told Telkom have laid cables for some houses here.
