I decided to port my number to telkom mobile and was assured it would take 72 hours. It's been over a week, it still has not been done, telkom mobile Sandton city's contact number is constantly engaged. Eventually after calling Zac every day from Monday ( and him promising to call me back which he never did) Zac told me today I had given him the wrong information and that the port not happening was my fault and then hung up on me. He advised me I told him I was prepaid when I have been on a contract for over 10 years. What a shocking company. My number is still not ported, the staff never call back and the one that did hung up on me. I cannot believe I have just taken out a 24 month contract with a company of this calibre.
