I was on a contract with MTN (through Altech Autopage) I wanted to upgrade. I went to the store, the store owner Jason advised me to settle my account which I did the very same day. Altech then forced me to port to Vodacom, I done that. I had no phone and no number for 2 weeks due to them cancelling my contract without consulting me. We sorted it out and they asked for my bank statement. I gave them my bank statement, altech autopage then loaded the wrong details FNB bank but with Standard bank account number. I got embarred by my employees because altech advised them there is insuffisient funds. But they had the wrong banking details thanks to the data capturer that can't read. Eventually they changed the banking details and the debit order went through but they still suspended me. I AM HIGHLY UPSET WITH ALTECH AUTOPAGE FOR THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THEM!!!
