I have a contract with MTN where the monthly debit order is for R189. Yesterday I discovered an amount of R508 was being deducted and upon checking my statements I noticed this amount has been debited since November 2013 and an amount of R1053 was deducted in January 2014.
I contacted MTN Customer Service and was informed my account has 3 contracts:
787475466 is billed for R100.00
787416088 is billed for R219.00
837947127 is billed for R189.00= R508.00
I only have one contract with MTN which is the R189 number 0837947127.
The following information was provided by the Customer Service:
Cell 787416088 is activated on 2013-11-09 AND Cell 787475466 is activated on 2013-11-09 the contract has been signed with Corporate Cellular Balfour dealership. This line is paid from November 2013.
My question is how did something like this happen? I want those contracts removed from my account AND my money reimbursed!!
