I had a query with the contract that I took out in July that was incorrectly billed, I visited the La Lucia branch, Randpark Ridge Mall branch (where contract was taken out) and contacted your call centre and everyone passed me onto the next and not a soul would assist. I placed a complaint on Hello Peter and got an answer that didnt make any sense and didnt solve a thing or answer my question. I was referred to Candice Piche by a friend who deals with Mtn. I called Candice and from the first conversation with her, although not her area of expertise or her responsibility, she took it upon herself to assist me with regular updates and went beyond the call of duty in solving our problem and clarifying the situation. Candice is a credit to your organisation and her efficiency, friendliness and overall professionalism is exceptional. I hope all compliments are passed onto the individuals concerned as well as their superiors and acknowledged for the wonderful job they do.
