No internet connection

I run an Internet Cafe and my Adsl is down for more than a week. I first reported the line on 7 Jan 2014, was told it would take 4 working days. The technician came to my premises on 11 Jan 2014 and fixed the line. 5 minutes after he left the internet was down again and is still down. I done some tests with different routers and user accounts. Still nothing. I re-reported the line on 16 Jan 2014 and got and sms to say the service has been restored. The line is still down. I need this line to work for my business.
