Sim swap done witout my cofirmation

On 27 Dec13 got a msg on my cell saying there is a request for sim swap which i did not respond as it was23:59. in the morning 28 dec my phone was not working and is asked my neighbor to use his phone to call Vodacom and i was told the number has been swapped and i must get a new sim card to call them i did that they was asked to switch my cell for 4 hrs then everything will be okay.when i switch it on after 4 hrs there was still the same problem. called them they said i must go to vodashop to verify i went to the Polokwane and the vodashops were closed on sunday the 29th . called them only to be told there is nothing they can do as that is only done inside not on line . everytime i call them they assured me this number was not in use it was blocked and no service on it until i went to vodacom midrand on the 7th Jan and to get my statements from the bank to verify my proof of resident and i was shocked that there was money transfered from my acc from 29th Dec. even the number was blocked . number is 071 326 2506, how did this happen nobody can tell me i was told by Nelly from Vodaworld to report at the police . vodacom i need answers . how can they allow sim swap at midnight
