My cellphone account has been debited to my Credit Card account for many years. On 25 November 2012 my card was cloned and the bank stopped it immediately and issued a new card. The day I collected it from the bank, I went straight to Autopage's Bayside branch to have the banking details changed and request that they re-submit my dr order to the new account. At this stage I have had no communication from Autopage. This was around 3 Dec. I completed a form at the branch and the gentleman immediately changed my details on the system. Two days or so later, I checked online and the banking details had not updated although some other changes had. A whole lot of attempts the followed without results. I then received an sms threatening to suspend service. I immediately went back to Bayside and spoke to the same gent who phoned H/O. They promised to fix it immediately. Service was suspended (After 16 odd yrs with them) but immediately re-instated. When I got home, I then (a bit late) received a call from collections. I logged incidents, sent emails but was charged 3 reconnection fees. After numerous more calls and mails, 2 ARE BEING reversed. NO PERSONAL APOLOGY OR CALL. 0NLY AUTOMATED
