Sim Swop Wrong Number and blacklisted

My Blackberry 9790 got today (10/12/13). I went to Vodacom Cellucity Pavilion Westvile Durban immediately to block the phone and sim card. Terence Joshua assisted me and suggested a sim swop and then only blocking the phone. I agreed and filled out the necessary documents. After approximately 2 hours I found that it was not my number that got swopped but instead my mother's number who is the main contracter and she is also currently in Pretoria. Now I have a sim card with my mother's number who is living and working in Pta. She can't make any calls because her phone was blocked/blacklisted instead of mine.

I called Vodacom customer service and they told me that I have to fix it by doing another swop. I'm in Durban and can't get the sim to my mother and my mother works full day and uses her phone everyday. In the meantime, I still don't have a number I can use.
It is not MY mistake and therefore I expect Vodacom to fix it and see to it that my mother can make calls from her phone and from her number so that she can use it in Pretoria. Vodacom can not expect from me or my mother to drive around and use our petrol to fix a mistake made by Vodacom Personnel.
