My name is Joel Voges and my cell nr is 0741310241. I called the call centre on two occations to cancel my contract. the agent on the phone was friendly and helpful, but when she transferred me to cancelations, nobody answered. I hold on both occations for about twenty minutes, without anybody assisting me. I assume my contract is cancelled, and no payments will go through after December. This is not the way to keep your clients.
