I went in to one of your stores to organise a migration to a higher contract as my account is going way over due to insufficient minutes etc on my current plan. When the salesperson tried to process a migration request to see what type of charge id be looking at monthly if i did migrate etc but the computer system didn't let him. He then emailed them to ask what the problem was and i haven't heard anything since then and that was Tuesday.
I really don't want to be complaining however i need this sorted out ASAP as i want the migration to be done before the end of the month so i don't have to deal with high costs again
