I jjust spoke of of the consultants at Ismart choices by the name Nichole she mentioned i would get a samsung S5 note for 115 pm, i just recieved an sms stating i accepted a contract for R259.00 i asked if there are any additional costs to the R115 she said no. this is considered as misselling, to top things off this type of phone is not a S5 note lol I then contacted their call centre i spoke to sipokazi to cancel she sounded irritated, she confirmed the contract was cancelled when i asked her for confirmation of my request she said the call is proof she did not confirm my names to ensure the id captured was mine no authentication was followed secondly she assumed im xhosa speaking of which im phedi i struggled to understand what she was saying and she would not revert to english she never bothered to ask what language i preferred, my zulu isnt so great but i just wanted to get the contract cancelled in future see to it that your agents are taught that english should be the first contact to clients and only change at the discretion of the customer, thirdly i had to ask for reference right now i'm not even sure that the contract was cancelled hence im sending this complaint
