I am trying to take out an additional contract on my name with Nashua Mobile whom i have 2 contracts with already. I had changed bank accounts and called in at the call centre to change these details it was never done. However i did do my payments via eft and never defaulted that my account was left in arrears. I am not being told i need to provide proof of this communication, how do i provide proof of this communication if i did it telephonically and what upsets more is the fact you never default and when you want an item cannot get it and it's not your fault, Highly annoyed, but not to bother my husband will get the contract for me on his name directly with the service provider he already deals with. Consider my contracts terminated upon expiration.
