Debiting a paid account

I had a bad experience with cell c, I went to one branch in zevenwagcht mall and asked how much I need to pay cell, the amount was 3, 178.i deposited 3200 the next day to their nedbank account number and on that day I phone call centre tp activate my account, they activated my account but a few days later around end of the month Cell C debited 2000 from my account and trying to debited another 1078..what is wrong with this people? How can you debit if the account is already been paid for the month? I faxed the deposit slip and filed a complaint and they told me I must wait 24 hours and they will contact me..its been 3 days now and I am still waiting from them til now. What a bad service, i've been with for 2 years now and open a new contract recently but it looks like theh dont appreciate client like me.please cell c return my money or I will port my number to another network that will value me as a customer.
