Ripped off again!

I recently got the Blackberry Q5. I went in to Autopage Vincent, and cancelled my BIS and opted to get the 1G of data added to my account until my renewed contract and subscription came into effect in October. I have jsut received an account of R 1600 for the month of August. I phoned Autopage and the gentleman there, Dwayne, was very helpful and looked into the issue for me. He came back to me and said that I had indeed used my 1 G of data already, this was within the first week or so of getting my phone. I got the data package on 21 July. According to my account for last month, I was charged for all my GPRS and this month as well. I see on my account that I have been charged for all my data. This is ridiculous and the fault with Autopage and the processing of their contracts. I cannot believe that the occasional use of Facebook and BBM and WhatsApp, that I can use more than 1G of data, when I don't even use that much on my laptop etc per month and I download all my emails and facebook on the home laptop. I cannot believe that my account can be R 1000 more than usual and all the data used. Please explain why I am charged for all the data when I took a gig of data!
