I applied for a contract with CellC and got myself an iPhone 5.
Since the first day I got the phone, the phones reception/signal at home refuses to work. I have made several complaints with CellC, starting with a faulty sim complaint and leading to a network complaint. They have promised to get back to me with feedback on how to resolve this issue, which they failed to do so. I then contacted CellC and enquired about the status of my current complaint, and they mentioned that the case was closed. I then placed yet another complaint, hoping to get feedback, and they yet again they fail to do so.
I am at a point where I have completely given up with CellC! I am paying R499 a month, for a phone that refuses to connect to the internet, make calls, etc, in my own home!
Is this really something I have to put up with for 2 years???
