Mweb incapable of fixing webmail "bug"

About a year ago, Mweb introduced a new version of their webmail client called Mweb Message Centre.
Soon after I started using it, I noticed that when I receive a mail from, for example Gumtree, my replies go to Gumtree instead of the person who mailed me through Gumtree.
The Message Centre is replying to the FROM address instead of the REPLY TO address, like all my other e-mail client apps.
Now I have tried 3 different computers and 3 different web browsers, but the problem persists.
What's most annoying is that every couple of months, Mweb phones me up to tell me that the problem has been fixed. But when I test, it has NOT!
Now they tell me that the problem is just with my Mweb account.
Either way, it's been a year and I can't believe the level of incompetence to fix what looks like an elementary problem to me.
I believe it's not a "bug", but in fact an omission from the programmers of the app!
