I have been bussy for more than 3 weeks now with Vodacom i am at that point were i want to pay R14 000 just to get out of my 2 contracts with Vodacom. ( they will rather loose a client then to get back or help a client ) .
After my phone has been there for more than a week, my phone give more problems than before head office said I must speak to Shannon but I get no rely on my mails from her . Vodacom does not want to help their clients. And also my S-pen also got there and they dont want to replace it . I will never in my life do bussines with them again . I spoke to a few people on the net that has the same problem with Vodacom .
Its been almost a week that I am waiting on Shannon Roman to get back to me but ja, like I said Vodacom will rather loose a good client then to help.
