Extreme dissatification on Service

I have logged many queries with mtn on my dissatisfaction on their service in January of this year i was called by a mtn consultant and advised that my contract was over and asked if i wanted to renew it the number was 0833354910 this was a galaxy tab 7.5 inch contract, so i advised the consultant, please can cancel it as i have a new contract with mtn for a samsung S2on 0837852163 so they agreed and advise it would be cancelled, however they went and cancelled my new contract and left my old contract to carry on... The 0833354910 has premium of R319 that has been billed to me and that sim card has been lost which i reported to mtn the premium for the new contract is R299which less which they have cancelled since Jan this year... So from Jan to now i have to been billed R319 for a contract that suppose to be cancelled and have no airtime sms or bundle to show for it. This is a ridiculous mistake and i have logged many calls for them to correct this..I have been billed today again R319 and when i called in they said my both contracts are moved to pre paid so now i am basically paying mtn for absolutely nothing

please help me resolve this as i am so disgusted with this company
