NOT HAPPY AT ALL

My phone went missing i was not sure where i lost it, then i blacklisted my phone on recoving my phone i called cell c to unblacklist both my sim and phone, i gave evrrything to the store at Alberton city as per request they then fax documents to the head office and the gave me a ref number.they said it will take 48khrs for my hone to be in working order, however 48hrs passed and still the phone was not working. At the store they said i should take it in for repairs i greed to take it in that wason the 19.07.2013.i called the repairs on the 24.07.2013 to check if my phone has been fixed but i was told my phone has been taken to the department as it was still blacklisted.to make matters worse Cell C is not allowed to call the department and the dont have a contact person.iam now thinking of escalating the metter to the my lawyers as iam paying for a phone that cell c has conviscated. I NEED SOME ONE TO CALL ME AND RESOLVE THIS MATTER A.S.A.P
