Please assist me. I am at the end of my road! I am needing statements for my phones with Vodacom either emailed or posted to me. I keep getting them sent via MMS. I have been to a branch here twice to ask for the statements and then last night spoke to the call centre who said they were going to email me the statements straight away. I have had nothing but a hard time with this. Why is it so difficult to get a statement. Vodacom is happy to set debit orders for our accounts but wont help us in planning finacially to make provision for the payments. Please can I have a statements???
