Enough is enough. I have had it with Autopage. Every single time that I have upgraded my cellphone or added a new service there has been problems with billing.
About 4 months ago I upgraded to an IPhone package. This package included 240 anytime minutes, 500 sms and 300mb data free per month. This package I was very happy with as it met my needs for communications.
Since the upgrade I have been billed for every single sms or data I use. My account have jumped from being around R700 pm to R2000 pm. I have contacted so many service agent that I can't even count them on my finger and every single one of them gives me a different answer as to why. I have lodge a dispute and was told someone would be in contact... still waiting!?
In the meanwhile I have been paying my account like a good customer and Autopage is coining it. Dare I not pay my account they simply cut the line. I have been a Autopage customer for almost 10 years. I have banged my head so many times with them, but still I don't listen.
I tell you this though... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Sorry to say but your staff are all inexperienced and not trained properly to deal with customer service.
