On 30 March 2013 I have signed up with Altech Autopage for a 24 month Straight up 200 cellular contract on the iphone 5 16GB through Cell C for R 399 p/m.
During the last month I have logged several complaints with Altech Autopage and according to their support "all tasks has been completed" and they cannot seem to find any problems, yet they are still illegally using banking details without my consent and they are also not providing me with the data that is stated on my contract, which was signed on 30 March 2013 at Altech Autopage - Bayside.
Altech Autopage have closed my logs, without has bothering to look at the first page of my contract as I have requested. As this would confirm an additional 300MB of data for the first three months as well as my correct banking details and until today I have not yet received a single invoice nor have I seen the credit note that was promised either.
