Refuse to communicate about invalid ITC listing

My name was listed at ITC by Autopage, I tried numerious times to communicate via email. I also asked them to communicate via email because I can not answer my phone at work. The one time that they did reply to email, I was not able to reply to the email and there was no contact details for the person who sent the email. I tried to call Autopage but have to hold on for long periods and if i am able to speak to somebody they send me from pillar to post on my cellphone account. I have paid my account up to date and have requested them to remove my name from ITC and to issue a document to me to state that my account is up to date and that they will remove the ITC listing. It is very difficult to communicate with Autopage as their lines is always buzy, call centre employees are not able to answer complicated issues and two way communication via email impossible. This means their is no proof of the communication! Not fair to the customer at all!! I just need a letter that my account is up to date and that they will remove my name from ITC!!
