IGNORING CANCELLATION EMAILS

Hi,

I sent two emails (Wed 4/3/2013 6:39 AM & Mon 4/8/2013 9:58 AM) to CELL C to have my contract cancelled and requested them to sent sent a conifrmation email, which they didnt but shows that both emails was read as I receive a read reply! I phoned in to the customer care this morning to find out if it was cancelled and the consultant told me that it only shows on the system that the contract had reached the end of term but doesn't show any cancellation.

Can you please cancel this contract as I dont wish to pay for another month as I find this contract useless
