With reference to Technogym South Africa; they offer a shocking aftersales and follow up experience. In addition, their business practices border on the unethical. I was deliberately overcharged on a transport of a treadmill; which overcharge I brought to Technogym's attention in South Africa already Friday 13 September telephonically, and after receiving no feedback, I put my complaint in writing on Tuesday 17 September as follows: To date, today being 30 September, I have not had the courtesy of a formal response from Technogym. This is unacceptable for a supposedly world class brand like Technogym.
