Late delivery, poor service and incorrect orde

We ordered linen and accessories for our nursery on 7 January 2013 and signed a document which stated delivery will be 6 - 8 weeks and paid 50% of the order price.

After 6 weeks we contacted Mary and were only then told that there were problems with obtaining the materials and that they would get back to us with a delivery date. We awaited feedback, but to no avail and after another 2 weeks passed we again followed up with Mary and Jacqui, only to receive the same feedback as at 6 weeks.

We followed up at 10, 12 and 14 weeks and eventually at 16 weeks we were told that we can collect our order. When we received the order, the linen was not made with all the materials we chose and as a result of the aforementioned, the accessories did not match the linen.

We WILL DEFINITELY NOT be ordering anything ever again from Direct from Dreamland! 1. They never kept us updated on the status of our order; 2. They rarely returned our phone calls; 3. Of the approximately 8 colours chose they only used 4 which resulted in the accessories not matching the linen at all! AND 4. They weren't even apologetic!

DO NOT ORDER FROM DIRECT FROM DREAMLAND! You will regret it!
