17/3/2013 my Samsung 32" TV packed in. On 18/3/2013 I took it to the repair centre as purchased 21/5/2010 with an extended warranty. It was booked in as main unit, stand and remote.
On 30/3/2013 I was phoned and informed that the TV was ready for collection. I then called together with the returned loan machine, once all the paperwork was completed, I enquired as to where my remote was. After looking in various drawers and being shown a variety of remotes by the staff member, he the told me that the remote was still at the repair dept. To this I replied that my TV must be booked in once again, a loan TV issued and my TV must be held by them until my remote is obtained.
Everywhere in store the customer care tel no is displayed, but when the number is called a recording extols one to leave your number and you will be called back, which never happens, thus this report. Upon phoning the branch today (04/4/2013), I was informed that the remote is still at the repair agents. Where to now?
