Very disapointed with Spar and AFCOn tickets.
I bought tickets online and went to pick it up yesterday.
Spar did not have tickets. I mean you are selling tickets to several games and you dont have tickets in the biggest spar in Durban?
I was told by the operator SPAR only loads a 1000 tickets which needs to be printed on.
He checked my ref number and saw the 8 tickets which i purchased.
I was called an hour or so later and was told it is available.
I went there to Spar Gateway and they cant find my tickets or any evidence of me as a client despite the email confirmation i received months ago.
The spar staff was rude, unapologetic and incompetent to deal with my problem.
I have paid R840 and got no tickets.
I understand eqtickets and spar are different people but spar is doing severe damage to your brand by associating with this thievery.
Instead of buying my lunch with spar i went next door to Checkers Hyper and bought lunch purely because of my frustration with Spar.
