We bought a bath from San Marco in Boksburg about a month ago. the bath was manufactured by Dado. We paid over R15 000.00 for the bath. It carries a 25yr warranty. When it was delivered by san marco we had to take out a big window to get it inside asthey did not want to turn the bath on it's side, the san marco guys put the bath where it is still standing. the plumber connected the pipes. the 4th time we used the bath the entire bottom broke to pieces, flooding my entire bedroom ruining my laminated floors. my foot was also cut - when their agent came he said he had never seen it and he thought that the bath was to thin. I have been battling for 2 weeks to get a refund for the bath and to be compensated for my damages - i will have to replace the window again and the floors must also be replaced. This is the only bath in my house - and they couldn't care. Now they are waiting for their insurance - i have lost the money, been hurt and inconvenienced but they don't care.
