Needed the wi-fi back to go-pro but was not yet released. Ernest kept contact on a regular basis wanting to know if I was connected yet.. Said would give a full refund with in a month. Because of the excellent service I lived with the delay and that took 2 months. Pity the go-pro reps could not learn from this man what service is all about. Well done Ernest.
