18 March: Went to ANGLO AUCTIONEERS to view the items on auction. Requested a list of the items. They said they would email me the list later that day.
19 March: Received no list of items on auction. Phoned ANGLO AUCTIONEERS, "I can expect the list by the end of the day."
20 March: Still no list. Phoned ANGLO AUCTIONEERS. They mailed the list.
Went to the auction and purchased a rotisserie oven (missing the baskets that go onto the rotisserie) Was told they would pick them up from the shop where the oven was from originally and contact me.
21 March: Phoned ANGLO AUCTIONEERS. The place where they got the oven was closed (Thursday was a public holiday). They'll pick up the baskets the next day.
22 March: Phoned ANGLO AUCTIONEERS to find out if they got the baskets. They said they would phone me back in five minutes. (They didn't)

Phoned ANGLO AUCTIONEERS, no news on the baskets, but PROMISED to phone back THE SAME DAY.

Phoned ANGLO AUCTIONEERS, when I can expect a call & what time do they close? They said they close at two, AND SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME AS SOON AS THE AUCTION WAS OVER, BEFORE TWO.
They didn't.
I dont know how to get service from these people?!?!
