On the 15/01/2013 i bought two bottles of Clear cough syrup for my 6 years old son. He drank one bottle half but still he was not getting better. After some few weeks something told me to check the expiry date, only to find that they are both expired, they expired in Novemebr 2012. I called their customer care and was advised that someone will contact me within 48hrs. Fair enough i was contacted and the person who called me said to me please bring the medication back will exchange it for you, i asked her whats going to happen to my son since he has already drank it. I need him to be checked, she replied by saying nothing will happen he'll be fine. My son is now coughing like a dog and he's complaing that his chest hurts. My question to Clicks is why are they selling expired medication and have the nerve to tell people that nothing will happen to them. Im very disappointed because im a loyal customer of them, from now on im going to tell my friends never to buy their medication there its better to go straight to the doctor.
