I purchased a Black Leather couch from UFO Menlyn Retail. From day 1 I experienced problems. The couch was returned twice to UFO to be repaired as the density of the foam was sunked in. I approaced a private company to inspect the couch and they confirmed that different density spunges were used to upholster the couch. Also to my suprise I found out when I started to complain that only the seating area is real leather and the back area artificial leather. After numerous compaint to UFO Menlyn retail and that fact that the couch was repaired twice, the problem is until today not corrected. It seems as if they played for time to exceed the warranty. Also my Mom went to UFO to confirm the bad quality of the couch and was promised over and over that UFO will attend to it, with not response. The couch detoriated by the day and is in horrible condition as the supposidly leather is coming off. The densite of foam is aso not corrected as pieces of the couch is sunked in and in very poor condition. The couch is used by only me and escalated to this condition. I am desperate as I dont get any feedback or service from rude UFO staff and therefor approach Hello Peter to please help!
