S Bacher& Co is one of the worst website I've encountered as it doesn't provide email communication channels for reporting problems and queries. They don't answer their phones and the voice mail recording is pathetic, one cannot decipher what was said.
I brought in a watch for repairs on 21 January 2016 and still awaiting feedback from them.
The job cards doesn't provide a telephone contact number either.
Surely they can do better.
