Woolworths system not competent!

Woolworths is a let down, my account has been handed over but nobody knows to which lawyers it s handed to. I have spent hundreds of rands on my phone bill being transferred from one office to another and always getting a new number to call. I WANT TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT WOOLWORTHS, KINDLY GIVE ME THE CORRECT INFORMATION BECAUSE MBD SAYS MY ACCOUNT IS NOT WITH THEM, yet this is what I am constantly told when calling through Woolworth's call centre. WHY CANT YOURLL BE LIKE EDGARS? Edgar's does not give one the run around when they are wanting to pay off their account!
For 1 full week I have calling Woolworth's and I have not received any help! every time I speak to a different person.
