Last year I took my Rybobi Lawn Mower back for repairs (4th time) to Makro Wonderboom.
No feedback was provided for more than a month and I have visisted the store twice... Firstly there feedback was that I need to pay for the repairs even though the lawnmower is in warranty due to parts which had wear and tear... I informed them that the thing does not work... as in the past how can the cause be wear and tear...??
They have now come back and halved the price I need to pay but I am still not happy as the Makro team called twice and then sent a message in bad taste as well as not putting in effort to contact me at all...
I am a regular Makro customer and I am reconsidering my support of this store...
