Late delivery of fridge

Good day
I bought a fridge from Makro Woodmead on 3 January 2014, for delivery on 4 January 2014. Today is 5 January 2014, and I still have not received a phone call indicating when my fridge will be delivered.

This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient because I cannot be home during the week for delivery.
Please advise when my fridge will be delivered.
