Was at Hypermarket Ottery on the 27.12.13 and had the worst experience ever. I has told by a security guard inside the store "Mama just get out of the store we had to open side entrance for you and we must go home so get out" My husband very upset had a few harsh words with security (name: Gxala...) and this is when a manager or person in charge by the name of Lewelyn came to intervene. Lewelyn then in turn told my husband that his security will not speak like that and that I am lying and he believes is security always as he knows him and cannot speak the English language. We were also told that they will not open the entrance again for us and that we must go out by the main entrance and walk all the way to our car which was parked at the entrance of McDonald's, we had to walk in the road were the cars were driving as pavement being used by construction site. My son was also with when this man Lewelyn was performing right down the way we had to exit by saying "U are bladdy rude" common people like him I definitely will not tolerate. He is definitely not management material and would appreciate that both be disciplined as this is unacceptable behaviour toward customer.
