I am so disappointed with the service I received from this branch. I called this branch to order a book for me as I am based in Cape Town. They assured me the book was available and I could order it and pay the courier fee. Then I got an email the next day stating the book was reserved for another client and incidentally he collected it this morning. I am so disappointed as the branch deliberately deceived me. They should have at least done their homework and informed me yesterday already. Then I called another branch in Cape Town to ask them to reserve a book for me and they told me they cant do this. My question is why is there 2 different policies for the same company at different stores. On the one hand I asked for a favour and this was declined and then at another shop this was accepted. I think I will have to look at other options to order Christian books. Why is it always the SA companies that gives such poor service. I ordered books from overseas before and had no issues.
