I had an account with Woolworth which came to sudden end because of their internal disruptions and changes they. They issued a Card to after I had lost one and everytime I needed to by or pay the account I had to use the slip even though having such a card. Apparently all this payments got deposited to another account, whereas I got continues call from Woolworths to come and pay (of which I did so). Then out of the blue I was handed over to debt collectors - whereby I made arrangements to pay (not knowing that the problem was really with Woolworths). After having paid then followed-up so have credit in order - it's the I discovered that there 2-accounts. Woolworths never apologise, and still went ahead with keeping my money (deposted on the other account). I have made several attempts to get my money back, but everytime I phone, I'll be thrown from one receiver to another. Myabe its their attempt to discourage me, but hey this is my children's money. I have such proof sent to them and no one has reverted to me ever.
